Services
Change doesn’t happen overnight. In order to support you in long-lasting, powerful change, I offer a nutrition counseling starter package that includes 3 sessions + ongoing support. You won’t just be given a long list of rules and sent off on your own to blindly follow (or forget). Instead, we will work together to make sustainable changes and find what works for you along the way.
Read more about my services below.
All sessions will be online via video chat until further notice.
The Putting Down Roots Starter Package
(sliding scale* of $90-$450)
Personalized Nutrition Counseling and Food Plan Package
What’s included:
Initial consultation session (1 hour and 15 minutes)
Full nutrition and wellness plan
2 follow-up sessions (50 minutes each)
1 phone call check-in between sessions (15-minutes)
Email & text message support throughout
This starter package cost breaks down to $30-$150 per session, depending on where you fall on the sliding scale*. Paying one-third of the package price reserves your spot, and you can pay the rest as you go!
Once you have completed the entire package, you can keep going with an additional package, or schedule individual sessions as-needed.
Most people will benefit from completing the starter package in 2-3 months (of course you can go faster or slower—we all grow on different timelines!)
We all grow on different timelines.
(and that’s OK!)
The Dip Your Toe in Exploration Call
(30 minutes, $25)
If you think that Rooted Nutrition might be the right fit for you but aren’t quite sure, let’s talk about it! I offer a 30 minute exploratory phone call where you can talk about your goals, ask any questions, get to know me, and decide if you are ready to move forward. The cost of this intro call will be applied toward any future sessions.
Sign up for the Rooted Nutrition mailing list below to get a code for $15 off the introductory call!

Sliding Scale
I offer a sliding scale because I believe that nutritional support and education should be accessible to as many people as possible! At the same time, I know that I need to make a sustainable living in order to continue this work—and that the services I provide are valuable.
You don’t need to provide proof of your income—instead, you can think about your own situation and financial resources. If you have access to more than the “average” person, you would pay toward the higher end of the scale. Here’s an example to help you think about where you fall on the scale. If you need to pay at the lower end of the scale, please know this doesn’t reflect on your worth as a human being!
Another way to think about my sliding scale is your income.
Here are some suggestions based on yearly income.
Sliding Scale $90-450
Suggested Payment (Annual Income)

$300 ($100 - $115,000)
$360 ($115 - $130,000)
$400 ($130 -$145,000)
$450 ($145,000 and above)
